I use multiple stream folders to listen to calls. I want to know if there is a way to filter out calls that I have already listened to and only list calls that I have not listened to yet.

Currently, Gong does not have an explicit feature for filtering out listened calls across different stream folders. I highly recommend submitting this as a feature request to our Product team, which you can do on the righthand side of this page.
