 Hi Gong community 👋I'm building an Account Overview AI Briefer that pulls from two sources: Conversation Intelligence (call transcripts, emails, meetings) Public web enrichment (prospect's website, LinkedIn, etc.) My goal is for the brief to behave like this:If a fact is already confirmed in conversation history, don't repeat it from the web. Web data should only fill gaps — not duplicate what the prospect already said directly on a call.Before I bake this logic into my prompt, I want to understand what Gong actually controls.My questions: When both Conversation Intelligence and Web data are enabled as sources in a Briefer, does Gong's AI automatically deduplicate across them or does it treat each source independently and surface everything it finds?

Is there any way to track email data by using key words in AI Theme Spotter / ‘Ask AI’ in the Conversations tab? It seems like you can only track key words in calls for both and not emails. If you were able to track key words in emails somewhere then that would be amazing. Would love to be able to track email responses from flows by using key words. Thanks!

Is anyone able to link activities (calls, emails, meetings booked) to campaigns -vs- accounts/ opportunities/ contacts in Salesforce? Our events team is hoping to tag flows/ outbound efforts back to show activity metrics and outcomes. I know we can manually change the related field in SF, but hoping for a config/ automated option. Thanks! 

We use Zoom Phone for nearly all of our phone calls, and we are finding that call attempts and shorter recordings are not consistently getting to either gong or our CRM (Salesforce).  We see maybe 1 out of 3 in Salesforce.We are stumped.  We were wondering if anyone else had seen this behavior and already solved for it.  Thanks!

Hi!So I’ve just set up an AI Scorecard and enabled automatic review. I have published the AI scorecard and would now like to let the AI scorecard review past calls. I’ve searched through the help center but can’t seem to find how this is done.When I go to the conversations search and I select a recording for which the AI scorecard should automatically be applied to, I can’t even select the scorecard on the right panel. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. My end goal is that I have multiple AI scorecards and that based on the call type, these recordings are automatically scored. I then want to create a folder (stream) with best recording of each meeting type. These recordings should automatically be added to the library based on the score. I thought this is possible but not sure how to continue. Does someone has experience with this?

I lead sales for a team of 8 AEs - we’ve been using Gong forecast for 2 months now.  Every Monday morning, AEs update their forecast.  We have 3 “forecast categories” (Commit / Maybe / Surprise) They update / enter a new forecast number for each category. AKA they tell me every week how much they expect to close that month from each bucket (Commit / Maybe / Surprise).  Throughout the month, deals obviously move from Maybe to Commit / Commit to Win / etc.  The “Accuracy” report hasn’t proven useful based on how I’ve been having the team use Forecast. I think I may need a cumulative forecast field / not discrete forecasts for each category.  What tweaks should we implement to make “Accuracy” a useful report? Thanks!

Hello Gong Community!  LOVE gong scorecards!  and the SFDC integration works beautifully.  Here is the problem we are trying to solve.  An opportunity says do not record this call.  So you turn off Gong and recording.  We use Zoom, it has has an AI companion but this is also considered a “recording”  Other than taking copious notes and then completing the scorecard fields manually, has anyone out there solved this?  My company has a robust set of AI tools and I am not opposed to creating an agent that can help.  Suggestions?

I am looking for a way to report from a macro perspective on calls that were shared/listened to externally. I have a theory that calls with post-demo engagement have higher win rates and quicker deal velocity. I’d like to see if I can prove it with data. For example, we perform 1000’s of demos with our PreSales Solution Consultants and I am using the conversation filter to narrow down to our PreSales teams. There is no filter or data point available for call recordings generated to view. I’d like to add a data point to see if calls were shared and watched.  I am not an admin so not sure if that is a capability there. Wondering if this is possible at all? Thank you for any help!  To be clear, I am referencing the “share with customers” part of this and I feel like i used to have reporting capabilities on this, but cannot find it anymore. Hence the question :) 

We turned on AI scoring in our Gong account recently, but the scorecards that are being answered by Gong AI are not surfacing via the API. I am using the v2/stats/activity/scorecards endpoint and only filtering on the call date, but not seeing all the expected scorecards.Are there plans to add these scorecards to the API? And if so, when is that expected to happen? 

I like the sound of this to do thats on the gong website. How do i create this myself? 

Hi Gong Community! I recently connected my CRM (Salesforce) to Gong, however I am running into an issue where all Accounts are showing up for every user in gong. In the CRM we configured Accounts to be Private, and use Account Teams to define who has visibility to certain accounts. I have already enabled the “Import Opportunity Team” option in the connection Import Settings tab, however this does not seem to address the issue. Does anyone know a way to make Accounts in Gong Engage only visible to users who are members of the Account Team?

Hello,We have been using Gong in our nurture outreach, and use personalisation tokens for recipient names. One problem I have been having is that - unless we edit it manually every time we create a new email - the personalisation text is in a different font from what we use for the rest of our emails (Arial, 14).Is there a way to configure the font for personalisation text that will apply globally across all emails? That will be faster than having to do it manually every time we use these tokens. Edward

Hi Does anybody know if there is a way to run APIs from within Gong itself. ideally what I am looking for is that after every recording, we link to a 3rd party system that we push the recording, transcript and metadata to. So rather than have the 3rd party pull data from Gong, Gong actively pushes data out after every call recording.I hope that makes sense,I can’t see an option to do that anywhere so was wondering if it was supported and where to configure it, etc.Thanks

 When testing account association, we want to have our settings set to a single activity. However, when simulating in the AI Activity Mapper Settings, multiple Accounts are still associated. How do we know which one of these will be the Account with the record rather than just the additional related opportunities?  Please let me know if I am incorrect, but I believe there will only be 1 contact and 1 account on the record, and then multiple Gong__Associated_Opportunities__c & Gong__Gong_Participants_Emails__c but no field for additionally associated accounts.

Similar to how the Data Cloud integrations provide ETL_MODIFIED_DATETIME (a timestamp of the date and time the data was modified), it would be really helpful for each call record to also include a similar field in API responses. This would be useful for seeing which historical records are due for a resync after something has been updated (eg transcript updated based on custom dictionary words, speakers identified via the UI, the call was associated to an account in the UI, etc).

I created a customized AI Briefer prompt and shared with executives in my company how they could access it. I would love to know whether people are using it -- is it possible to access stats reports for AI briefers somewhere? Thanks!

Hi! I just set up automatic scoring for our CSM team in Gong. We currently have automatic scoring set up for any call that a CSM “hosted” or “attended”, however, Gong is automatically scoring the host on any meetings a CSM attended. Is there a way that I can assign Gong AI to score the CSM participant rather than it auto-scoring the host? 

Hi all!We’ve recently just set up scorecards for our teams.  It would appear though that when a scorecard is completed, notifications are sent to a number of people.  I can’t find anywhere to configure this so it just goes to the team leader and the call owner, for instance?

Hi everyone! I’m dabbling in AI scorecards and I’m wondering others experiences. Have you found it is best to keep it simple with straightforward Y/N questions or use detailed prompts to score on a scale? I’ve had good success with both in places, but I’d love more perspective and examples.
