you say “share with the prospect”

The referenced link says “For security reasons, people must be Gong users with permission to access the embedded call, and they need to be signed in to Gong to play it”

Can you provide detail on what “doesnt seem to be working”

@Jorge Soto Yes. Use the native Share Call Feature. You will need to click on Share Call, Share call with customers, and ‘Copy Link’  to get the shareable URL.
