Our implementation team is also using Gong. This helps them prepare for the kick-off (along with the knowledge transfer process from the AE).
They also use Gong to record all their implementation calls and management gets visibility into progress and the discussions when necessary.
We’re looking to create a couple of trackers to identify clients with strongly positive, or concerningly negative sentiment during the implementation process. The negative sentiment will serve as a very early warning system so we can help our team get ahead of any challenges.
Has anyone used trackers in this way? Any examples you can share? Any concerns?
