We use Gong with HubSpot. Often times when reviewing the No Activity (no comms within 14 days) column within Drivers, the rep had actually spoken to the prospect within the past few days.
It appears the discrepancy almost always occurs when there are multiple product lines we sell, and a different rep might be speaking with someone else at that same company based on a different deal.
There might be no way around that, but I’d love to figure out getting those percentages to be as accurate as possible. i.e. Product rep will show 12% of deals have no activity within 14 days, but every one of those deals does have comms within that time frame.
Anyone have some best practices on ensuring accuracy?
