Wanted to see if there are any recommendations for telephony systems that integrate with Gong. Specifically, I am looking for a system that would

 

  1. Integrate with Salesforce
  2. Track outbound and inbound calls and texts
  3. Be a separate number per rep

I know I am asking for a unicorn here, but thought I’d ask to see if the community has any recommendations.

Great question! I am unsure if you would be able to track the outbound/inbound texts with Gong for this suggestion but to my understanding the Salesloft dialer should be able to support you with the above.

 

We are still working on integrating Salesloft into Gong as our BDR’s are not fully licensed recorders but from demos and reading through integration settings you should be fairly set with SalesLoft. Unsure of your timeline but I can keep you in the loop when I am closer to getting this rolled out.

 

At a past org I had success with RingCentral, I have also heard great things about Twilio with Gong.

 @Peter Foster  I am not a Telephony expert, but we recently completed a project where we touched Talkdesk, which:

  • Integrates well with Gong if you are using Salesforce
  • Pushes Talkdesk data to Salesforce using Talkdesk for Salesforce
  • From their site appears to support SMS
  • Has a separate number per rep/ agent
