Hi @Kushagra Soni — chatting with a few folks internally to get you a solution here. Stay tuned, and thanks for your patience!
Hi @Molly Kipnis , kindly let me know if there’s any update on this issue.
Waiting for your reply. Thanks.
Hi again @Kushagra Soni —
Confirming that you have a custom CRM integration, correct?
If you have Gong connected to a Salesforce instance, you can use the /v2/calls/extensive endpoint, and if you set “context” to “true” in the API request you’ll see the associations Gong has made.
Please let me know if you need additional support on this!
@Kushagra Soni Following up with some more info from a member of the team —
If you connect a CRM within Gong then you can’t actually use any of the “CRM API Endpoints” because the CRM API Endpoints are only used for customers that set up their CRM via Gong’s custom CRM API connection. When you connect your Salesforce instance in Gong, you can’t use any of the CRM API Endpoints, so if you’re using a Salesforce Sandbox, you just use the regular Salesforce CRM connection.
If you’re connecting a Sandbox, setting up the custom CRM API connection is not the recommended path. Instead, you can connect a sandbox CRM with Gong by replacing the beginning of the URL with something like this: “https://test.salesforce.com”
Hopefully this helps!
