Can the Productboard integration with Gong be used to push insights to multiple Productboard instances or only one?

Hi @Scott Baldwin! Long time no chat! We need to connect again soon. Have you seen our documentation on the integration in the Help Center? 

@Rohan Vaidya do you know if our integration can push to more than one instance?


Unfortunately it’s just one instance, but @Scott Baldwin would love to understand the use case to see if there are some other solutions we can come up with.

Thanks @Nisha Baxi -- yes, looked at all that and couldn’t find an answer. @Rohan Vaidya for context, all of our calls are recorded in Gong. In my case, I have my own Productboard workspace for community that is different than the one our PMs use for the product. Currently we can only push insights from calls using the Gong integration to one Productboard instance (as you confirmed). Instead, I’d like to have the flexibility to push to any I can add and to have a way to select. We’d likely also have customers with similar needs as some larger customers may have teams in multiple workspaces.


@Scott Baldwin that’s a valid use case. I would have our development teams get together to take a look at the integration created to prioritize the enhancement.


@Rohan Vaidya I’ll leave that in your court to coordinate. As I understand Gong built the integration, but I’m sure Billy (on our partnerships team) and our product team would be happy to connect.
