Support Tip of the Week: Tracking your trackers

If you're running a Trackers report in Salesforce but the Trackers aren't populating, double check your Trackers settings in Gong to see that they're exporting to the right place.

Navigate to your company settings in Gong > Trackers > Edit a tracker > Select "CRM call objects" or any other relevant options:

Thank you for the insight on trackers! I appreciate it - looking forward to using this more. 

TY! That is helpful for my keyword tracker but same options aren’t shown for SmartTrackers. Are we unable to track SmartTrackers data the same way as “keyword” trackers data in SFDC reports?
