SHARE YOUR BEST-KEPT GONG SECRETS

Hi! New Gong user, I have some sales teams looking to report on their “main contacts”we currently have a forecasting dashboard set up where they can see contacts and the activities associated with them on on opportunity level however they may not be on an opportunity yet which is where I’m struggling. Does anyone know if there is a way to report just on contacts? Thanks!

I have a need and am not 100% sure which AI option to use.   I have two BDRs that are performing well above another.   For clarity, the two BDRs are doing inboud.   They have 48 MQLs this month and 7 and 6 closed won opportunities so far.   The other BDR has 45 MQLs and one closed won opportunity.  I have created a filter to pull just their inbound calls from this month.   I am trying to find out what they first two are doing that the last isn’t.   I think Theme Spotter is my answer but I can only pick from a predefined list of questions.    I want different information.   Should I be using Theme Spotter?   It seems as thought I should but I can’t get it to do what I want.   Maybe user error?    I am open to any/all suggestions.   Thanks for the help!  

I adapted Gong’s BINGO card for conversation intelligence as part of our rollout enablement and went over really well with our users! I’m looking for something similarly fun & engaging for Deals. Has anyone had a fun and successful enablement rollout for Deals? What did you do? 

Hey Guys! Would love some tips and tricks from any renewal managers/retention managers on possible question templates they used for their rrenewal/account review based calls so we can get all relevant information 

We try and send out a weekly tip to remind our team of all the ways they can use tools in our tech stack.  This week, we are playing with the Halloween theme.  We pulled a report from Gong on which reps are ‘ghosted’ the least and then shared some tips on what to do when you’ve been ghosted… including the use of Ask Me Anything (why isn’t this prospect responding?).    Who doesn’t want less ghosting but more BOOOOkings right?  It’s tough to come up with fun content for these emails every week- anyone have ideas they have used to send out weekly tips on Gong?? Can you share?
