Hi, I would like to feed my meeting transcripts into a slack channel automatically after meetings complete, and have Slackbot analyze and format in a way that I’d need then post onto another Slack channel. I don’t currently see a way to do this, only via Streams which only includes summaries or high level details. Is that correct?

We’ve recently started using a customised version of the Gong playbook. It works really well on dealboards and under Points of Interest for individual calls.Where it can’t be seen as far as I can tell is the Account Overview screen. Reps would like to have an easy view of it when reviewing their accounts.Does anyone have any ways around this, or do you think this would be a useful feature development?

Hello! I am looking for a way to get reporting on what specific phrases triggered a keyword tracker on a call. We are working on an initiative with our leaders and they are looking for an old school “laundry list” of specific phrases mentioned within a call that triggered the tracker. I have looked into the different resources on the Gong community, and so far I’m not seeing a great way to do this within Gong itself. I have seen where you can create Salesforce reports with this data, potentially, but I am not versed in Salesforce reporting.Any help or suggestions here would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,We have Gong automatically joining our calls in North America, which works great. In EMEA, we have a separate consent where we use Gong for Outlook plugin. We are having a lot of issues with getting Account Executives in EMEA to add Gong. We use Teams and cannot use unique links, this is part of the problem with setup. What are others doing for calls outside of NA????Thanks!

Hello community!  I’m trying to find known/creative ways of optimizing gong’s capabilities for the SE organization. As Sales (or solution) engineers, we usually work across most verticals in the company, therefore the need to extract information and feed not just the sales organization, but other departments as well. Examples could be: Using trackers in order to identify need by a market segment (product-oriented) Using trackers to understand better compliance  Competitive analysisAnd many more… How about you? How does your SE leadership using gong? 

One enhancement I'd love to see in Gong is the ability to more easily move or copy assets between workspaces.For organizations that manage multiple workspaces, it can be time-consuming to recreate things like trackers, deal boards, scorecards, flows, and other custom configurations over and over again. It would be great to have a simpler way to transfer or duplicate these assets across workspaces while maintaining their settings and structure.Has anyone else run into this challenge? How are you currently handling the migration or replication of assets between workspaces?This feels like it could save admins and RevOps teams a significant amount of time while helping drive consistency across the organization.
