Is anyone able to link activities (calls, emails, meetings booked) to campaigns -vs- accounts/ opportunities/ contacts in Salesforce? Our events team is hoping to tag flows/ outbound efforts back to show activity metrics and outcomes. I know we can manually change the related field in SF, but hoping for a config/ automated option. Thanks!

Hello,We have been using Gong in our nurture outreach, and use personalisation tokens for recipient names. One problem I have been having is that - unless we edit it manually every time we create a new email - the personalisation text is in a different font from what we use for the rest of our emails (Arial, 14).Is there a way to configure the font for personalisation text that will apply globally across all emails? That will be faster than having to do it manually every time we use these tokens. Edward

Hi,I’m trying to track my daily activity accurately in Gong, but at the moment I can only log activity if it’s a call made through Gong or an email sent directly from Gong.A large part of my engagement happens outside of Gong, for example conversations on Instagram and LinkedIn, plus inbound calls that aren’t being captured, so my calendar doesn’t reflect the actual volume of work I’m doing.I’m currently building a lead funnel using Jotform → Zapier → Gong, but Jotform is becoming costly.Are there alternative form tools that integrate with Zapier and can flow into Gong, or does Gong offer any native lead-capture form functionality?Finally, is there a way to manually add or log activities in Gong so I can record the work I’ve completed that day?Any guidance would be hugely appreciated, I’m keen to make sure my activity is fully visible and tracked properly.Thanks,Aimee

I’m looking to export a list of all contacts who’ve opened the first email in a particular flow in order to do a more curated outreach. I see you can filter the email status to opened to see these contacts, but I don’t see a way to easily export this list to go through. 

We are tracking how many sellers use Gong and recording of the calls is very helpful
