I’m working to enable the field and sales leadership on useful ways to build and use agents in Gong in the new Assistant functionality. Right now I’m struggling to find ways to use it that are different than what they’re already used to accomplishing when they use AI Assistant in the call section. What are useful agents you’re building?
Hi,I run the internal forecast meetings (can’t record it) with the sales leaders. I really want to build a weekly wrap up email to send out to the Exec. I tried with Gong assistant to give me some feedback on latest forecast, changes, new deals in commit or pushed out but it analyse only calls and not deal boards. Is there anything you do? even using ChatGpt?If I do manually it takes ages, I need a prompt answer to send out
Hi friends! We are now needing to assign trainings to new hires that our segments have completed of existing employees. Our director is currently taking almost 10 steps that is an hour long every other week to add in new cohorts. One thing we considered was just a new course titled with the cohort and assign simply that way with the 10-20 people based on our onboarding lists. But what are the best ways you are managing adding new hires to trainings that need to complete trainings that have been assigned to hundreds before? What automation are you using?

HI! LOVE GONG! Longtime Gong user here, newer user to Gong Enable (SOOOOOO PUMPED). I wanted to ask if anyone had workarounds to assign the trainings in bulk? I know we could assign by clicking the CRO and everyone under his org but not the entire 185 need it...we have to manually go line by line. NOT ideal. Would love if we could do groups or CSV upload to assign? Or by role? Anyone got tips to save us time?
Hey everyone,Question to the teams that use the Gong Engage for the Customer Success, specifically - Digital Customer Success - do you mind meeting or sharing your setup of the Flows and Analytics of the data of digital communication with the customers?Would be happy to exchange opinion/experience regarding the topic. Thanks! What I am curious about: How to build an adaptive flow for a 3-6mos ahead for the customer group with Gong Engage? How to extract the digital points data from Gong to analyze/work with it outside of Gong? How to test newly created Flows? Where to see the customer digital journey with Gong Engage?

Working through my third iteration of making changes an email flow template. During my first attempt, I clicked “save” and got the save confirmation—upon refresh the content of a multi-step draft of a flow was wiped. The second time, I navigated away and clicked the “leave anyway” option too quickly. The save button on the drafting window seems to work ok, but it sometimes takes clicking it many times to actually save the persist the unsaved changes. Is anyone else frustrated with the lack of autosaving on draft changes? I find this to be severely lacking and not up to date with current editing fields for long-form text boxes in an editor. Back to editing to try to reproduce the copy I had written initially.
Hi,We have a curious case with Gong forecasting. Our reps are working on a 50k renewal deal, and they are quite sure they will close this => so they put the deal to “Commit” forecast category. However - there’s a chance for a huge expansion, so the deal might end up being worth 250k and the reps changed the deal amount to 250k. The chance for this additional 200k is much lower, so logically, the 200k would belong to “Best case” forecast category. However - the deal can only belong to one forecast category. At the moment, we put the deal in “Commit”, and we correct the submitted forecast number like:They add 50k to “Commit” They add 250k to “Best case”The issue is that this is confusing for our management because they can see that the deal value in “Commit” is 250k, but we only forecast 50k.We definitely don’t want to create 2 deals (one with 50k in “Commit” and one with 200k in “Best case”), because this is one opportunity with one contract. What’s the best practice here? Any tips?
We’re starting to scope out how we want to build Account Boards for our teams, and I was curious how other orgs are utilizing this new feature. What kinds of Account Boards are you creating? And for what audience(s)?How are you incorporating Account Boards into rep/leader workflows? How are you coaching users to use these Account Boards?Open to hearing about all experiences y’all are having so far!

Hi All - I have a flow that I have created for my team to reach out to people after the have signed on with our team. The first step confirms that they are implemented and then another step asking if they are starting to see value. I don’t want the flow to pause if they respond to the first email. How do I do that? Thanks so much! Joe
I have a need and am not 100% sure which AI option to use. I have two BDRs that are performing well above another. For clarity, the two BDRs are doing inboud. They have 48 MQLs this month and 7 and 6 closed won opportunities so far. The other BDR has 45 MQLs and one closed won opportunity. I have created a filter to pull just their inbound calls from this month. I am trying to find out what they first two are doing that the last isn’t. I think Theme Spotter is my answer but I can only pick from a predefined list of questions. I want different information. Should I be using Theme Spotter? It seems as thought I should but I can’t get it to do what I want. Maybe user error? I am open to any/all suggestions. Thanks for the help!
There was a lot of great discussion on todays webinar about implementing AI trackers and prompting best practices. Let’s keep the conversation going.
Hi,I’m trying to track my daily activity accurately in Gong, but at the moment I can only log activity if it’s a call made through Gong or an email sent directly from Gong.A large part of my engagement happens outside of Gong, for example conversations on Instagram and LinkedIn, plus inbound calls that aren’t being captured, so my calendar doesn’t reflect the actual volume of work I’m doing.I’m currently building a lead funnel using Jotform → Zapier → Gong, but Jotform is becoming costly. Are there alternative form tools that integrate with Zapier and can flow into Gong, or does Gong offer any native lead-capture form functionality? Finally, is there a way to manually add or log activities in Gong so I can record the work I’ve completed that day?Any guidance would be hugely appreciated, I’m keen to make sure my activity is fully visible and tracked properly. Thanks,Aimee
Hi All,Looking for your creative tips or solutions if you’ve integrated power dialers, developed agentic workflows, or otherwise - specifically for a use case of making full funnel AE’s more efficient balancing call time across funnel management and maintaining speed to first call (beyond leveraging automated email sends with Engage flows)Thanks!
