What's the best resource that helped you getting up and running with Gong fast?
Hi everybody,I’m curious about the smaller companies without a dedicated tech admin and very limited support from Gong. 1. How did you manage to navigate through the setup & integrations phase?2. What was the most helpful resource and why?3. What were the most challenging parts of the process? Thank you for the help! PS: sorry if somebody already asked about this, I just couldn’t see it anywhere.

Community-Led Sales Discussion!
You’ve heard of product-led, marketing-led and sales-led, but have you heard of the community-led approach? And what does this mean for the future of sales? It’s no secret that “community” is gaining traction as one of the most prominent, up-and-coming new functions of business. When I joined Commsor as the Head of Sales in August of 2020, I entered this role having no idea that my team would not only be developing tools for folks in an essentially untouched market, but also completely redefining how a company could approach their sales process.A community acts as a micro version of your total addressable market and by managing it, you now have direct access to the topics, ideas, thoughts, wants, and needs of your current and potential customers all in one place. Information obtained from managing a community can be used to build trust and credibility with your “market place”, as it can be used to aid your team in launching the right marketing campaigns for your target audiences, the c
Our Gong Community’s origin story
I hear a lot of great feedback from our customers about how much value they see in the conversations and knowledge sharing they have with other customers at Gong events like #celebrate.Case in point:This is so valuable for me, not only hearing how other customers use Gong, but how they structure their process and how they overcome problems that relate to our business.”~A happy Gong customer It was only natural for us to enable this type of sharing at scale by launching the Gong Community. We want to help educate revenue practitioners by allowing them to learn from each other so they can take their teams to the next level. That requires an active, vibrant, and innovative community whose members are up to speed on the top tips and best practices. One where they collaborate to collectively reshape reality. Revenue reality! It’s our sincere hope that this Community can advance Revenue Intelligence and inspire the next generation of revenue leaders and practitioners … that it will help educ
