I signed up the Gong community account with a work email. What happens to my Gong community account if I leave my job? Can I recover it somehow?

Can't get approval for Developer Account

I am writing this for help because my Gong Developer Account is not being approved or denied (processed). Me and my co-founder have filed applications but have heard nothing back from Gong. Could someone please help with this.

I don't see the Recording Content option on my company settings page

I want to add an audio-prompt when a caller joins my Zoom call to inform them they are being recording by Gong (we call it the Pryon Note Taker). When I click on the company settings, i dont see a recording content section per what the support materials outline. Anyone know what I may be doing incorrectly? Thanks, Anita

Help with a Question from Exec Sponsor. Any Gong Customers in FDA-regulated healthcare?

Hi Gong Community!I’m new here but not new to Gong. I’m Andrew - a 2x Customer of Gong since 2020. I’ve also worked on ~6 consulting projects to help Gong clients while I was at Skaled Consulting. Now I am developing a “Gong Optimization” consulting service to help customers get the most out of gong. You can see outline below. I sent outline to some Execs in my network for feedback and I got the following question…Can anyone from the community or GONG help me to answer the following question? “Do you know of any cases of FDA-regulated healthcare co’s using GONG? This quick guide teaches you how to create your first post:  1. Select “+ Create Post” From any page in the Gong Community, you can select + Create Post in the top right corner to create a new post. 2. Select the type of post  You have two options: a Question or a Conversation.  Question Posting a Question lets the Community know you are looking for information or to solve a problem. Questions appear in the Help others section on the homepage and are labeled throughout the platform with a  ?  icon. Replies to questions can be marked as a Best answer, which helps the rest of the Community read about the solution.  Conversation Let the Community know you’d like to start a conversation. Sure, it might be phrased as a question, but selecting Conversation tells people you’re more interested in the ideas it generates than a specific answer.
