Hi all!We’ve recently just set up scorecards for our teams.  It would appear though that when a scorecard is completed, notifications are sent to a number of people.  I can’t find anywhere to configure this so it just goes to the team leader and the call owner, for instance?

Hi! I just set up automatic scoring for our CSM team in Gong. We currently have automatic scoring set up for any call that a CSM “hosted” or “attended”, however, Gong is automatically scoring the host on any meetings a CSM attended. Is there a way that I can assign Gong AI to score the CSM participant rather than it auto-scoring the host? 

I’m looking for an API Endpoint i can call to return AI Smart Tracker content?  We have defined an AI Smart Tracker called “Business motivation” i cannot seem to find a public API endpoint that exposes the data?   I can see /call returns this it its response but this doesn’t seem to be a public endpoint ?   

Is it possible to access calls aggregated via stream through the public API? I have a folder which contains a stream that aggregates several calls which are within my Company Library (they are not private). However, they are not showing up when I do an API request to get the calls in that folder. 

Hi everyone,  I’m using the Gong Users API (List Gong Engage flows (/v2/users)) to fetch all users.I couldn’t find any documentation specifying the maximum number of users that can be fetched in one call. Also, couldn’t find any filtering part in API doc. Can someone please confirm:I want to filter on emailAddress field/or any other fields on usersAPI, is there any way to achieve that? What’s the maximum number of users the API can return in one request? How many users(max no. of users) can be present, if there is any such data?​​​​​​​

Hello! We have recently started using the new AI Call reviewer in Gong, which is exciting! However, with the limitations we are having some difficulties, and I was curious if 1) anyone else is having the same issue and 2) if there are any plans to expand on this feature in the future to eliminate some of the limitations. The first issue that we’re having is the ability to only score the “host” of the meeting. There are many instances in my organization where a Project Manager schedules the meeting for one of our other associates, but they’re not the ones who we want evaluated on the scorecard. With the limitation of only being able to have the host scored on the calls at the moment, that’s causing some friction. Are there any plans to expand on the filter options in the future? Has anyone else had this issue? In general, the filter options having more robust capabilities would be excellent, and it would eliminate a lot of our issues we’re currently experiencing. Are there any plans to

Every time I click on the recording and analysis is ready email to generate the follow-up email I receive around 10 emails telling me that the call I shared was viewed. I would understand if I received 1 for me viewing it, but 10 is a bit obnoxious. I didn’t change my notifications when it started. 

I use multiple stream folders to listen to calls. I want to know if there is a way to filter out calls that I have already listened to and only list calls that I have not listened to yet.

Hello,I want to add in all of my zip codes for my territory to capture calls with companies that are in that zip. How do I do this?

 When testing account association, we want to have our settings set to a single activity. However, when simulating in the AI Activity Mapper Settings, multiple Accounts are still associated. How do we know which one of these will be the Account with the record rather than just the additional related opportunities?  Please let me know if I am incorrect, but I believe there will only be 1 contact and 1 account on the record, and then multiple Gong__Associated_Opportunities__c & Gong__Gong_Participants_Emails__c but no field for additionally associated accounts.

Hi, I follow the instructions to add gong to a call hosted outside my organisation. I have tried 3 different approaches. The external company uses Teams. We use Google email/calendar and typically Zoom for calls.https://help.gong.io/docs/how-to-record-calls#record-a-call-with-the-gong-assistant Asked the external company to add the gong assistant as a participant and resend the invite. This results in "Unfortunately, we can't record this call because the email you used to send the invite is not registered in Gong. When forwarding a meeting invite to boomi@assistant.gong.io, use the same email account as the one you use to sign in to Gong." as expected per the documentation as they are not Gong users. Tried forwarding the meeting email invite I received to the Gong assistant. As far as I can tell nothing happened. There was no achnowledgement or response of any kind. Tried adding the assistant as a participant to the meeing via editing the Gmail calendar entry, adding the Gong assistant

Similar to how the Data Cloud integrations provide ETL_MODIFIED_DATETIME (a timestamp of the date and time the data was modified), it would be really helpful for each call record to also include a similar field in API responses. This would be useful for seeing which historical records are due for a resync after something has been updated (eg transcript updated based on custom dictionary words, speakers identified via the UI, the call was associated to an account in the UI, etc).

Hi everyone,I’m using the Gong Engage Flows API (List Gong Engage flows (/v2/flows)) to fetch all flows, and I noticed that the API is returning more than 100 flows in a single response.I couldn’t find any documentation specifying the maximum number of flows that can be fetched in one call, or whether there’s a configurable limit (like a pageSize or similar parameter).Can someone confirm: What’s the maximum number of flows the API can return in one request? Is there an upper limit or recommended batch size for performance?

Is there a way to “Tag” users in Gong from within Sales Navigator? Or add to a Flow directly from Sales Nav? My workflow is to get a list together in Nav of say 50 people that I want to add to a flow. But right now I have to then go and look them up one by one in Gong to add each to a Flow manually.I used to be able to use this in Outreach using the Outreach Chrome extension. From my Nav list I could use the extension to tag people in Outreach. Then I could go to Outreach, easily find the 50 people with the tag, and add them all to a flow.Right now I am finding the process VERY SLOW to add a good list of people to a flow in Gong.
