Unanswered questions

Hello Everyone,  We built a telephony integration with Gong where we sync call data with Gong. The integration went well (functionality wise). Everything is working fine and now we want to go live on Gong marketplace.We already have access to developer account as well as partners account but it seems our partners account didn’t had enough permissions to create a listing (as that is required to go live).Attaching a screenshot here to show how the platform looks:  As you can see, i am not seeing any option to mange listings.Same in User & invites. Though i can invite a user but i cannot invite any admin. Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi All - I have a flow that I have created for my team to reach out to people after the have signed on with our team.   The first step confirms that they are implemented and then another step asking if they are starting to see value.   I don’t want the flow to pause if they respond to the first email.   How do I do that?   Thanks so much!   Joe

I lead sales for a team of 8 AEs - we’ve been using Gong forecast for 2 months now.  Every Monday morning, AEs update their forecast.  We have 3 “forecast categories” (Commit / Maybe / Surprise) They update / enter a new forecast number for each category. AKA they tell me every week how much they expect to close that month from each bucket (Commit / Maybe / Surprise).  Throughout the month, deals obviously move from Maybe to Commit / Commit to Win / etc.  The “Accuracy” report hasn’t proven useful based on how I’ve been having the team use Forecast. I think I may need a cumulative forecast field / not discrete forecasts for each category.  What tweaks should we implement to make “Accuracy” a useful report? Thanks!

Is anyone able to link activities (calls, emails, meetings booked) to campaigns -vs- accounts/ opportunities/ contacts in Salesforce? Our events team is hoping to tag flows/ outbound efforts back to show activity metrics and outcomes. I know we can manually change the related field in SF, but hoping for a config/ automated option. Thanks! 

I have a need and am not 100% sure which AI option to use.   I have two BDRs that are performing well above another.   For clarity, the two BDRs are doing inboud.   They have 48 MQLs this month and 7 and 6 closed won opportunities so far.   The other BDR has 45 MQLs and one closed won opportunity.  I have created a filter to pull just their inbound calls from this month.   I am trying to find out what they first two are doing that the last isn’t.   I think Theme Spotter is my answer but I can only pick from a predefined list of questions.    I want different information.   Should I be using Theme Spotter?   It seems as thought I should but I can’t get it to do what I want.   Maybe user error?    I am open to any/all suggestions.   Thanks for the help!  

Hi!So I’ve just set up an AI Scorecard and enabled automatic review. I have published the AI scorecard and would now like to let the AI scorecard review past calls. I’ve searched through the help center but can’t seem to find how this is done.When I go to the conversations search and I select a recording for which the AI scorecard should automatically be applied to, I can’t even select the scorecard on the right panel. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. My end goal is that I have multiple AI scorecards and that based on the call type, these recordings are automatically scored. I then want to create a folder (stream) with best recording of each meeting type. These recordings should automatically be added to the library based on the score. I thought this is possible but not sure how to continue. Does someone has experience with this? 

I am looking for a way to report from a macro perspective on calls that were shared/listened to externally. I have a theory that calls with post-demo engagement have higher win rates and quicker deal velocity. I’d like to see if I can prove it with data. For example, we perform 1000’s of demos with our PreSales Solution Consultants and I am using the conversation filter to narrow down to our PreSales teams. There is no filter or data point available for call recordings generated to view. I’d like to add a data point to see if calls were shared and watched.  I am not an admin so not sure if that is a capability there. Wondering if this is possible at all? Thank you for any help!  To be clear, I am referencing the “share with customers” part of this and I feel like i used to have reporting capabilities on this, but cannot find it anymore. We turned on AI scoring in our Gong account recently, but the scorecards that are being answered by Gong AI are not surfacing via the API. I am using the v2/stats/activity/scorecards endpoint and only filtering on the call date, but not seeing all the expected scorecards.Are there plans to add these scorecards to the API? And if so, when is that expected to happen? 

I like the sound of this to do thats on the gong website. How do i create this myself? 

Hi Community,I have a question about creating a smart tracker, hoping anyone can help me out based on their experience.I am running some training with some Account Managers around multi-threading.  The ask is for Account Managers to start asking their existing contacts who else at the company should be included in the conversation.  In talking to my CSM at Gong they recommended using the AI Smart Tracker to search for times when our Account Managers ask for additional contacts/questions around who else should be involved.So far the results that are being generated are not picking up what I would like.  Typically they are picking up instances where the AM is asking if there are additional people who are joining the call.  Has anyone had success with this in the past?  Any tips on what my prompt should be to narrow down the results so that it will show when an AM is asking for net new contacts who should be included in the conversation?Thanks!
