Curious to hear how others are starting to leverage the new AI Builder feature and the prompts that have had some success or shown valuable insights outside of the default prompts!

One that I’ve seen some success with is further fleshing out and detailing customer case studies and success stories around specific products that were recently launched.

My experience with the AI Briefer has been to just try any idea I have! It’s an extremely flexible tool and can help you “bridge the gap” until theme spotter is released.

One thing I did that was well received internally was to create a stack ranked feature request list. Very simple prompt:

“Create a one-pager that outlines the most common feature requests that clients make. Include the number each feature was mentioned and an example of the ask.”

The calls were filtered by a Product Feedback AI Tracker.

To get around the call limit, I filtered calls by 2 week intervals and consistently refiltered the calls and asked AI builder to update the report. The way I was able to add months worth of data across hundreds of calls in one report.

@Kim McGoldrick what did you add to your product feedback AI tracker settings?

@Danielle Filgueiras I created a smart tracker that picks up when my rep says phrases like:

“We don’t offer that”

“That’s not available yet”

“We don’t support”

So that it picks up the rep confirming rather than random things clients say.

The question I’d use now could be:

“Did the seller state that a product, feature, or capability is unavailable, unsupported, or not yet offered?”
