Is there a way to export Gong Flow Errors? We have hundreds of hard bounces, and no easy way for a single user to update the data.  We would like to export out the list of contact records and inactivate in our salesforce.

Hey @Edward Chang!

As far as I’m aware, Gong Flow Errors can’t be directly exported as a specific dataset from Gong.

I recommend you submit this as a feature request so it can be routed directly to our Product team for consideration!

Correction! You can export a bounce list from Gong Engage, but it takes a few steps.

Here’s how I’d recommend tackling this:

  1. Drill down into the Bounced Deliveries metric within the Engage Analytics dashboard. From there, you’ll be able to view each bounced email along with the specific reason it failed.
  2. Use the data export option in Engage Analytics to send a ZIP file to your inbox that contains several CSV files (for calls, emails, meetings, etc.).
  3. Inside the Emails file, you’ll find a column for bounced emails — including the email addresses and bounce reasons.

@Carly Lohnberg what do you think of this approach?
