The Salesforce and Hubspot integrations have been most useful for the teams that I’ve worked with in the past. I look forward to learning more about how Lessonly and Seismic can be used for enablement, and how other tools like Clay and Zoominfo can also be integrated for more effective Gong Engage use.

As an implementation partner, I foresee Salesforce + Gong integration to be most helpful in driving value within businesses.

While all the integrations provide their own significant value, meeting recording set up cannot be over looked at this unlocks so much functionality and can quickly become a change management or adoption issue.

The Salesforce <> Gong integration has always been the most crucial integration I’ve had at my orgs! We utilize it heavily for pipeline reviews using the deal boards and forecasting, and to update SFDC fields within Gong and have it sync via the bidirectional connection.

All these integrations overall makes implementing Gong a more seamless process, especially from a company adoption standpoint, if Gong already has partnerships in place with key tools and organization is already using, it becomes even more powerful and reduces that friction from the start. I think the slack integration is huge since it integrates with a company’s messaging system and ensures employees are notified of important things from Gong.
