Just curious if anyone has done any of the integrations like this:

Take the transcript from a Gong call; send it to ChatGPT to ask the GPT some standardized question(s); and then put the results of that into SFDC on the associated account.

The use case is to do some analysis on a call beyond what Gong’s current AI can do and append the SFDC record with that analysis.

I currently use Zapier which integrates to all three tools; but curious if anyone has any experience doing this.

Hi @DLNATL, thanks for presenting this use case! We’d love to hear more about what kinds of questions you’re asking — all insight is valuable 🙂

I’m also tagging some community members who might have experience with this!

Hi @DLNATL, this is exactly what I am looking into. I cannot send the chat transcript to Zapier. If I could do that, I could then send the transcript to ChatGPT.

@Noga Aloni, is it possible to send the transcript to Zapier? I couldn’t figure our how to do it.

Thanks!

Would also appreciate how to take multiple transcripts that are parsed with speaker and company info into GPT!

Looking for the same - any updates?

Hi everyone!

At this time, the best approach for integrating these three systems is through Zapier or another third party tool like Workato.

Our teams are continuously working to enhance Gong’s AI capabilities, and we're very excited about the potential for a custom AI-powered analysis that can be seamlessly integrated into your CRM.

While we don’t have a timeline to share just yet, development is underway, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated with any future product announcements as progress continues.

Stay tuned!

Yes it would be awesome if Gong had a ChatGPT-like interface where I could ask (for a specific Account) “based on everything you know about this customer, help me prepare for a QBR using this framework:

1️⃣ Start with a point of view into their world
• Open with what headwinds you think they may be experiencing.
• Show that you have a decent understanding of their business.
• Then frame how you are in a position to help them overcome some of those headwinds.

2️⃣ Focus on Business Outcomes, Not Usage
• Make sure to align on their goals (revenue growth, efficiency, cost savings).
• Show how your product ties directly to those outcomes.
• Frame every data point as progress (or gaps) toward those outcomes.

3️⃣ Bring Benchmarking & Insights
• Compare their performance to industry peers or best-in-class customers.
• Give them a “you are here” moment, it creates urgency and context.
• Bring insights from your customer base that they can’t get anywhere else.

4️⃣ Map The Road Ahead
• Share a 30-60-90 day joint plan with clear responsibilities on both sides.
• Highlight expansion opportunities in the context of solving their business problems.
• Make it visual: 3-4 simple steps beats 20 roadmap slides.

End every QBR with a clear next milestone that matters to them, not to you.

If your QBR isn’t elevating the conversation to strategy, it’s not a QBR, it’s a status update.

And in today’s ultra-busy world, with many priorities competing, status updates will not get you reinvited for another meeting.”
