I am working with my sales ops partner to build MEDDPICC programming, specifically diving into qualitative data and inititiave board tracking. What are some ways you all have successfully done this?

Here are a few ways our customers have used MEDDPICC to capture qualitative insights like pain points, champion strength, and deal context:

  • Use tags or custom fields in Gong/CRM to log MEDDPICC details so it’s easy to track and review.

  • Score qualitative elements (like Champion or Pain) on a simple scale (gives you a quick visual of where deals are strong or need help).

  • Roll it up on initiative boards so you can see patterns across deals and coach your team more effectively.
