Thank you to everyone who attended our recent session on Uncovering winning GYM strategies with AI Agents! We had an incredible turnout with vibrant discussions in the chat and Q&A. To keep the momentum going, we’ve summarized the key themes from our discussion and provided answers to the most frequently asked questions based on our documentation and live session insights.

Top Themes from Our Attendees

1. Access and Permissions: Many questions focused on who has the authority to create AI Trackers and whether these features are included in standard licenses or require add-ons.

2. Functionality & Comparison: Attendees were curious about the differences between AI Trackers, AI Theme Spotter, and AI Briefer, and how these tools can be used for specific roles like Customer Success or SDR management.

3. Advanced Prompting Strategies: There was a high level of interest in "RACEF" prompting, role-playing frameworks (e.g., "Act as a VP of Sales"), and how the "Refine" button improves AI accuracy.

4. CRM and Data Integration: Questions centered on pushing AI-generated insights to Salesforce and integrating outputs with BI tools via API.

Your Questions Answered

Access & Setup

Is AI Tracker an add-on? No, it is not an add-on. Once an admin sets it up, all licensed users can utilize it in search, deal reviews, and reporting.

Where do I build these trackers? You can find them in Company Settings > Admin Center > Agent Studio > AI Tracker. You must have admin privileges to access this area.

Capabilities & Use Cases

Can Theme Spotter identify gaps within teams (e.g., SDR objection handling)? Yes! You can use it to identify the specific objections SDRs are encountering or analyze themes within how they handle those objections.

Can these prompts automate custom playbooks? Yes, you can automate these through AI Call Reviewer or by integrating an AI Tracker into your deal boards.

Do trackers work at a rep level? Trackers function at the call, deal, or account level. However, by filtering your deals or calls by a specific rep, you can gain insights into their performance across their entire book of business.

Can I use AI to capture insights for Customer Success (handoffs, renewals, QBRs)? Absolutely. AI capabilities are highly effective for AM-to-CSM handoffs and for extracting insights critical for renewals and upsell opportunities.

AI Tracker Specifics

What is the difference between Keyword and Smart Trackers? Keyword trackers look for exact terms and are unlimited. AI trackers use Questions to identify concepts and intent, even if the phrasing is unexpected.

Can I differentiate by speaker role? AI trackers allow you to choose which side of the conversation to track: Our rep, Customer, or Any party.

Data & Syncing

Can I push these insights to my CRM (Salesforce)? Yes. Completed notes and statuses for playbook elements can be pushed to CRM opportunity records. Additionally, smart tracker info on calls is exported to Salesforce by default unless disabled by your admin.
