Hi everyone! I’m dabbling in AI scorecards and I’m wondering others experiences. Have you found it is best to keep it simple with straightforward Y/N questions or use detailed prompts to score on a scale? I’ve had good success with both in places, but I’d love more perspective and examples.

Hey @Kim McGoldrick - Plenty of experience using these scorecards in several functions (CS, Sales, Renewals etc).

Our Quality team (who own scorecards) follows COPC best practices on binary scorecards (Yes, No, N/A) with specific criteria for each (i.e. Yes if…., No if….). From experience these prompts are very effective and couldn’t see any reason that a sliding scale would not work. Gong’s best practices page on AI for scoring even uses a 3-point-scale as an example.

Would love to connect if you’d want to chat about implementing scorecards further!
