Whispers - Not Enough Team Members

There are a few possibilities for why you’re getting the “not enough team members found” message while trying to set up Whispers for Topics. Here are a few things you can try: 
• Ensure the analysis period covers the time when most team members were active and had calls.
• Adjust the filters to include more calls or team members.
• Verify that the ranking criteria are correctly set from the numeric fields in Salesforce Opportunity Object.
• If necessary, manually edit the ranking or exclude certain team members.

A few other things to note: 

• Including new hires may skew the results due to their ramp-up period.
• Gong calculates the ranking based on Salesforce data, which may take a few seconds.
