I created a folder in our library that is going to have all of our cold calls that led to demos, but we have hundreds. I know that when going into each recording I can add that one call to a folder, but is there a way to mass move calls into folders? Maybe doing it from a saved filter?

Great question! Unfortunately this is not currently a feature we have.
However, I’ve worked with many customers who’ve had a similar desire in the past and they’ve been able to address their need through a Public Saved Filter:
Once you set this up with the appropriate criteria, your team can access all of those calls via the dropdown in the top left:
So, in effect, its an auto-populated library folder that just happens to not live in the library.
You could even keep the folder you created in the library and manually curate snippets from the calls that this search returns to highlight specific moments, value statements and objection handling that helped turn these cold calls into booked Demos.

I have created this filter and works great, however if i have set it as i need to view calls by a particular person, but if the person is deactivated in gong, will the filter still remain?

Yes, if one of the filters involves a specific person as the host/invitee/attendee and they become deactivated, the filter will remain but may not yield results anymore if they are no longer a part of new conversations. You should also be able to add inactive people as a filter if you wish to include their calls in a filter that you’re building.
