Hey everyone,
I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me with an issue I’m running into while building a Brief.
I’ve set everything up and added about eight questions. When I test each question individually, I get accurate responses with the information I’m looking for. However, when I test the entire Brief in preview mode, only the first question returns an answer, the others all return:
“We didn’t find any information that’s relevant.”
Has anyone come across this before or know what might be causing it? i’ve also included some screenshots showing that it does produce the answer when you test just the question
