I am not a fan of the suggested AI to-do tasks. Is there any insight that can be provided into how to turn this feature off?

At the moment, you can’t completely disable AI-generated to-do’s, but on the to-dos page you can reduce the clutter by filtering by task type (i.e. email, manual).
In the meantime, I recommend you submit this as a feature request to our Product team, which you can do here.
