We have been using Gong in our nurture outreach, and use personalisation tokens for recipient names. One problem I have been having is that - unless we edit it manually every time we create a new email - the personalisation text is in a different font from what we use for the rest of our emails (Arial, 14).
Is there a way to configure the font for personalisation text that will apply globally across all emails? That will be faster than having to do it manually every time we use these tokens.
