Gong does not recognize the name of our company, “Accelo”. It often cites in transcripts “excel” or “a cell o”. I’m curious if we can teach Gong AI to recognize a new word?

Short answer is yes, you can add a term to the Custom Vocabulary to correct any words that are incorrectly transcribed by Gong.
