Hey all, we’ve recently rolled out Gong Engage for our prospecting efforts, and in a flow, we would like to be able to reply to a previous email, but edit the subject line (IE initial email’s SL is “connecting some dots” and a subsequent email would be edited to “following up - connecting some dots”, and so on).

 

I’m not seeing where to do that in Engage, but was wondering if I’m missing it somewhere?

@Conor Skipper Good question!  You aren’t missing anything because currently you can’t change the subject.  You can certainly reach out to your CSM and they can put in a feature request on your behalf.  There are no guarantees that it will change the outcome but our Product Team really appreciates feedback! 

I miss the feature in Outreach that allows you to A/B test multiple subject lines within a Flow. Would be a great add. 

​@Brooks Dougherty That is a great idea as well!  We have a form of A/B testing planned to come some time next year for flow steps.  However, please reach out to your CSM who can make sure a feature request is filed on your behalf for A/B testing subject lines specifically!
