Here are 4 tasks every new Gong user should complete to set themselves up for success with enhancing Rep Productivity!

 

1. Create Trackers/Smart Trackers/Initiative Boards aligned to sales methodology, competition, risk areas, pitch/positioning tactics, etc.

2. Create scorecards to track key seller motions/concepts

3. Create a deal board for each use case and sales/success process. Add key CRM fields, trackers, and AI-playbooks that provide all the information a rep needs at a glance

4. Create Library/Stream folders aligned to your Sales Methodology/stages
