Create filter on external participants use of keyword trackers?

Great question. I’m not sure if you’re seeking insight on the technical feasibility of tracking keywords said by external participants or seeking guidance on best practices or troubleshooting help around this.

Thanks @Brandon James - specifically, I’m looking for help on how I would create a filter on keywords mentioned only by external participants. I haven’t been able to figure that out yet, will try again. 

Sounds good @Holly Hampson. The course will cover that and all of the other options when setting up a keyword tracker in detail but it sounds like the setting you’re looking for is the “Track when mentioned by” one pictured below in the tracker setup screen:
