How do I delete a field from the CRM Update when the field is not in the CRM Update settings?

I just consulted with our team — it looks like you may be noticing the difference between the title of the "TCV" field and the "Amount" field in the board settings.
These are actually the same field, so removing "Amount" would remove the TCV field from this page.The names vary based on the selected amount field that is used for that specific deal board.
The field that's considered the amount on a board can be switched to a different currency field from your CRM. Whichever currency field from your CRM is currently chosen for that board will be what actually populates when updating CRM fields from Gong.
