Does Gong map activities only based on direct account-contact relationship in Salesforce

It seems like Gong only maps activities to accounts based on the direct account-contact relationship. If an contact is indirectly related to multiple accounts, I’d like the activities to show up across multiple accounts. Wondering if this is possible?

​@Zoe Y Not natively today — Gong doesn’t currently support Salesforce indirect contact-account relationships for activity association. As a workaround, some customers use supported association methods like opportunity contact roles, related accounts (for example parent accounts), or domain matching, and in some cases update their CRM model so the relevant direct relationship exists for Gong to use. For edge cases, users can also manually associate calls to the right account/opportunity in Gong.
