Does anyone know why my gong mobile app doesn’t notify for inbound calls through my business phone number? The org uses gong connect and when a reps business number is called it only pops up in the gong web app and never goes to the reps mobile app. They can call out of the mobile app but the inbound calls don’t show up.
I have reviewed every inch of gong documentation and am waiting on gong support but don’t yet have a solution. We do use gong engage and want to conduct inbound and outbound calls through the gong app without forwarding.
