How do you find top keywords on your customer calls?

Hi, is there any way way to see what keywords are being used most on our demo calls logged on Gong? Perhaps a list of most used keywords? We’d like to use the data for content updates.

I suggest setting up a Call Category for “Demo Calls”. Then select that Call Category in the Team Tab, and view the “Trackers” and “Topics” sub-tabs to see what is being spoken about in demo calls. In the case of Trackers, this assumes that you’ve put some thought into what words you want to capture and set those trackers up.
