Link Activities to Salesforce Campaigns?

Is anyone able to link activities (calls, emails, meetings booked) to campaigns -vs- accounts/ opportunities/ contacts in Salesforce? Our events team is hoping to tag flows/ outbound efforts back to show activity metrics and outcomes.

I know we can manually change the related field in SF, but hoping for a config/ automated option.

Thanks!

Hi @Ashley Stevens! I’m double checking on this for you with our team. Thanks for your patience!

Following this thread. We need Gong to sync with campaigns - specifically campaign members based on member status so that automation can be created to add leads to flows.

TEAM - This is a huge pain. Currently, we target people to invite to events and then from there if they register we want them to get out of cadence and if they no show then move to next cadence but all this is manual today. Not sure if keeping Gong Engage makes any sense if these cannot be solved

@Ashley Stevens @Paul Singh  @Darlene Limtiaco

Right now Gong can’t natively log activities directly to Salesforce Campaigns — it only relates them to Accounts, Contacts/Leads, and Opportunities. What you can do is keep that standard export, then use Salesforce Flows to automatically stamp a Campaign field on Tasks/Events (based on the related Contact/Opportunity or Campaign Member), and report on activity + outcomes at the Campaign level from Salesforce.

I’ve also sent this thread to our product team so they have the use case and feedback captured.
