Hello!

We have recently started using the new AI Call reviewer in Gong, which is exciting! However, with the limitations we are having some difficulties, and I was curious if 1) anyone else is having the same issue and 2) if there are any plans to expand on this feature in the future to eliminate some of the limitations.

The first issue that we’re having is the ability to only score the “host” of the meeting. There are many instances in my organization where a Project Manager schedules the meeting for one of our other associates, but they’re not the ones who we want evaluated on the scorecard. With the limitation of only being able to have the host scored on the calls at the moment, that’s causing some friction. Are there any plans to expand on the filter options in the future? Has anyone else had this issue?

In general, the filter options having more robust capabilities would be excellent, and it would eliminate a lot of our issues we’re currently experiencing.

Are there any plans to expand on how the scorecard scoring functionality works? Our organization really uses a more conventional 0-100% approach when it comes to our other scorecards in other platforms. Only having the ability on the “star” scoring is not ideal for us and I’m guessing it’s the same for other organizations.

Lastly, I do know that you can find some scorecard reporting in the “Teams” feature in Gong, but are there ANY plans to expand on Gong reporting for scorecards? Our organization requires quite robust reporting which would give better visibility into the scorecard data. Currently due to a lack of reporting within Gong on scorecards, we are having to utilize outside platforms to feed data from Gong into said platforms. Which causes frustration with our organization because ideally, we would like all of the reporting to live in Gong since that’s where the scorecards are coming from.

@Emily Horn hello! have you been able to find a workaround on it only scoring the host? Thank you!

@Kelly.Parks hello there! No, we have not been able to find a workaround for this, unfortunately.

Thank you @Emily Horn have you found a workaround for the fact when you make the scorecards private by default and then use AI - you can’t unprivate the scorecards and can only see the data by export?

Thank you!

Hey! These are things i’ve noticed as well regarding the AI call reviewer… I submitted a feature request regarding this too I’d like to be able to assign the scorecard by role or team association as opposed to just the host. I’d also find it beneficial if a scorecard could be applied to more than one person (for example, identifying an account teams hitting key concepts (be it an AE &CSM, or AE and SE, etc). I turned off the automation on the scorecard itself and i’m manually applying the scorecard to calls coming into a stream on the tracker, i’m still scoring the call by AI but manually assigning it. I also have the scorecard set to private since i’m still trialing it so I’m then having to export the data for trends. I think a call should still be able to be set to private but have a manager see the insight on the coaching, hopefully that comes down the line… right now it’s clunky.

Hey everyone, my name is Shefa and I am the PM leading AI Call Reviewer. Some great requests here to address - There are a few fun updates coming in H1!

  1. Expanding our capabilities to score more people than the host. We are getting a few of these requests and want to expand the capability for non-host teams to also get to benefit from scorecards.
  2. Private scorecards - Private was built for managers who wanted to give their rep a low score and not embarrass them. But this is now being used to hide score cards by the AI. We need to update this to fit the new use case.
  3. More analytics - we want to start giving some more data since we can score more calls and see more patterns!

Emily, you mentioned the 1-100, we have this now in the overall score, is this what you were looking for or something else?

Let me know if I missed anything!
