We are changing our consent option to the pre-call email (because the audio prompt is incredibly disruptive on Teams).  We’d like to include our logo, but Gong only allows for a URL apparently (vs. being able to upload).  All of the logo fetching sites are using an outdated logo of ours.  I’ve “reported problems” on them to try and upload our current logo.  But can anyone tell me if they’ve had any luck working with Gong on just uploading a JPG file instead?  Why does it have to be a URL?

Hi ​@Joelle — apologies for the troubles here! My understanding is that it does need to be a URL vs. an image file. You can try uploading the logo to a website like imgur so that you can grab that URL. I hope this helps!
