Personalize gong dialer voicemail

While the ability to personalize the Gong dialer voicemail isn’t currently available in Gong, it is on our roadmap and planned for a go-live next year.

Great minds think alike!

Is there a rough eta of when this feature will be live? 

HI ​@Erin Priddle I’m following up with the Product team on this but as you know right now, Gong Dialer uses a standard system voicemail greeting and it can’t be customized yet. As a workaround, you can route unanswered calls to a personal or external phone number so prospects hear that phone’s custom voicemail greeting, though those voicemails won’t be captured and analyzed in Gong the same way.

Hi ​@Nisha Baxi ! Appreciate the update. The workaround is helpful however doesn’t apply when you’re travelling or away and your computer is shut down. The call will not redirect to the external phone number’s voicemail, impacting no ability to leave a message.
