To mass add contacts from a Salesforce report to a flow, you can use the Gong Chrome extension feature 'Extension - Bulk add people to flows from Salesforce reports'. This feature allows you to add multiple contacts to a flow directly from Salesforce Reports.

My view shows that I have to manually select each contact in the report vs them all being selected automatically.

If there’s no Salesforce checkbox present in the report, it seems that there’s no way to bulk select contacts automatically, but we’re looking into this further for you!
