Since migrating to Gong Engage, we’re running into an issue where we can’t generate a link directly to a Flow or Template; it seems we can only make these Flows and Templates “company-wide” within the Gong platform. When we’re trying to direct people to specific Flows and Templates, right now it seems that we have to give them keywords to search and they have to find what they need that way; this seems incredibly inefficient.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to generate links to specific Flows and Templates?

Hi ​@Caroline Johnson Memolo!  You should be able to navigate to any company template or flow and copy the URL at the top of the page.  That URL should be unique and allow someone looking for the flow or template to find it using that link.  They would need access though.  So it has to be a company template/flow or one shared with them.

Is that what you’re asking or am I misinterpreting the question?  

Thank you ​@Carly Lohnberg - whenever we’ve tried to do this, anyone clicking on the Flow gets redirected to their Personal Flow folder (even when the Flow has been shared to the whole company within Gong) This doesn’t seem to be an issue with templates. 

​@Caroline Johnson Memolo That sounds like a potential issue.  Can you create a Support ticket for our team to look into?  They should be able to troubleshoot around why the flows can’t be linked.
