Our CSM team's best practice is to use Smart Trackers instead of Keyword trackers for sales methodology. Here are a couple examples of the boolean strings below our CSMs have used to help customers find the right calls for a smart tracker. If you want additional guidance on this, your CSM can assist!

Champion:
"internal champion" | "trying to be the champion" | "other champion" | "be your champion" | "leading the champion effort" | "big champion" | "big fan" | "huge fan" | "love using your" | "primary reason we have"

Economic Buyer:
"involved in this decision" | "the decision makers" | "budget is this coming from" | "budget would this be coming from" | "authority to sing" | "who's budget" | "making the decision" | "involved in the evaluation"
