Hi ​@Lance Lew! According to this Help article, multiple hierarchies are available. 

If you don’t automatically see it in your account, it may still be in beta, so please let me know if you need to be added to get access.

Here’s an overview of how to set up multiple heirarchies: 

1. Make sure you’re in the beta.

2. Go to Admin center > Settings > Hierarchies.

3. Click + Add hierarchy.

4. Give the hierarchy a name and add a description.

Once you’ve created a new hierarchy, you’ll be able to assign team members to managers under that hierarchy. This can be done in bulk or manually.

Note:

We use email addresses as the unique identifier for Gong users. To assign an alternative manager to a team member, both the manager and the team member must be Gong users.
