Viewing Private Scorecard Results

Private scorecard results can be viewed directly on the call page by the person who submitted them. Downloading is not required to view these results. Only the scorer can see private scorecards unless they are made public or shared.

Hi ​@Molly Kipnis! Thanks for your reply. Sorry, I should’ve mentioned it was scored by Gong AI. Is there a way to see it in that instance?

Hi ​@Austin N! To my knowledge, the only way to access private Gong AI scorecards is by exporting the data into CSV format.
