Hi ​@Kristen Sochor! If I’m understanding your question correctly, here is how to set up local dialing and territory based call capture in Gong: 

1. Go to Gong’s Admin Center, where you can configure territories for zip code–based call capture.

2. In Dialer Setup, toggle on Enable Local Dialing. This automatically provisions numbers that match the local area codes being dialed, improving call connectivity.

3. Still in Dialer Setup, enter the area codes or zip codes for your territory. Use commas to separate multiple entries.

4. If needed, set up company-wide forwarding numbers to ensure calls are routed efficiently. This can be done under the Business Numbers tab.

5. For complex territory setups like contiguous territories or handling special zip codes, please reach out to Gong Support to help with purchasing numbers and configuring advanced settings.
