Dont you find the gong agents really limited?

Thanks for your question! When you go to either the search page and use the assistant there, or directly to the assistant tab, you will be able to select the little plus icon and add new files there!

We have some really exciting new features that will be released very soon that I think will address some of your feedback about Custom Agents being limited. Many of these new features we highlighted at some sessions at our Celebrate event, which you can watch here. The one title “Automating your Winning Play” is the one most relevant for what you are looking for, and there is a Demo of some of the functionality about 15 minutes into that recording!

No, it literally does not read the files. I even ask to the Ai agent if its capable and the answer is always no, that is not capable to read CSV, MD, DOCX, etc….

When it does let me, like the knowledgebase of the Agent, it clearly does not read them.

It certainly should be reading those document types that you listed there. I also tested with those file types on my end and it did read them, so there is likely something else going on.
