Gong is a treasure trove for so much more than sales, but it’s hard to find out how others are using it. Anyone out there in the Customer Marketing or Customer Success realms that would want to get together and try to share best practices?
I’m still waiting to get an upgraded license so I’m limited right now in all that I can do, but I’m eager to use Gong for Voice of Customer reporting, to maximize our Strategic Review process, to build a foundation for customer lifecycle marketing and communications, to better source and direct product feedback, to identify potential advocates and case studies, etc.
I’m also super curious how we can use some of these things that come out of a Gong call to trigger workflows or updating data in Salesforce. I’m not sure what that even looks like, but I have to believe there’s a lot of automation that can be done.
If I can generate some interest, I’d be happy to pull a group call together and maybe even turn it into a monthly thing.
