I have created a tracker and now want to know how much of the total conversation or the total amount of time each CS rep spent discussion this complicated topic. How would you go about setting up that measurement.

What you should use instead in this instance are Topics. Topics are measured in time units (seconds and minutes). Trackers are constructed to track frequency & density of occurrences.
