Our license is set to expire in 20 days and I am doing an export through the API.
I already have the calls data, extensive data and the transcript data.

Using the /extensive endpoint I got the URL to the calls in the following format:


https://honeyfy.s3.amazonaws.com/media-data/691659890599693766/4790962246381978987/4790962246381978987.playback.mp3?xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

my question is how I supposed to download the audio file from that link? Can anyone guide me with the code ?

Hi @Molly Kipnis , I have the same question. Was this ever resolved?

For future folks looking for help with retrieving exit files, here are your options:

  1. Access Gong API to bulk export call recordings - if your team wants to download calls from Gong in bulk, this can be done via Gong’s API.
  2. Download important calls individually
  3. CSV Export of all metadata
