I am not sure if this is an available feature and I am just missing it, but is there a way to download transcripts from calls that only feature specific types of data? For instance, I am trying to download transcript data from calls where a specific competitor was mentioned. Is that something that can be done through a Tracker, Stream, etc.? Thank you in advance!

Yes @Katie McAlick the easiest way is to:

  1. Create a Competitive tracker
  2. Create a Stream based on the Competitive tracker
  3. Use the Steam to identify the calls you want to download transcripts for and download the transcript by going into each call 

 

 

 

You could do a version of this using the Gong API, but it’s an advanced topic and really only needed if the number of calls/ transcripts is very high.
